SCCF FAir Vendor Information
The Stanwood-Camano Community Fair is a great place for businesses and organizations to get their word out. Vendors are able to interact face to face with thousands of potential customers, clients, or contributors. We are currently taking applications for our vendor spaces for this years fair. We offer several different categories of vendors:
Food Vendors: Our food vendors are the only groups allowed to sell food on our grounds. Food trucks (which includes trailers) in Washington State need to have a permit and inspection from the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries. The Label from L&I MUST be visible. Food trucks also include trailers and other vehicles used in concessions where people work inside. In general, if the vehicle is transportable over a road; sells food or other items; people work inside of it; customers stand only outside; has electrical, water or drain, and gas piping systems; is less than 8.5 feet wide, then yes — it could be considered a food truck. In addition to a L&I inspection, Food Vendors are also subject to Health Department and Fire Marshall inspections. See below for more information.
Commercial Vendors: The Stanwood-Camano Community Fair offers a number of Commercial Vendor booths for companies and organizations to sell product or disseminate information. Centrally located on the fair grounds these booths are a great way to get your word out. For our commercial vendor spaces we provide a 10'x10' tented area for each booth. You can have up to 4 booths together in one tent. The cost is $350 per 10'x10' space.
Self-Contained Vendors: Our self contained space is again centrally located between the Viking Main Stage and the carnival. This area once again provides vendors the ability to interact with thousands of people each day of the fair. For these spaces, you must provide your own tent. The cost is $275 for the first space 10'x10' and $200 for each additional space.
Arts & Crafts Vendors: These spaces are designed to showcase the exceptional arts and crafts of our community. Similar in set up to the Self-Contained Vendor space, they provide an opportunity for vendors to sell their wares and interact with thousands of potential customers. The cost is $200 for each 10'x10' space.
Due to limited resources, we are only able to guarantee 10amps of power to each booth.
- Additional power is available, at a cost of $25.00 per 10 additional amps and must be requested with this application.
- As per Snohomish Fire Code, no household extension cords may be used outdoors. A 12/3 SO extension cord or larger is required.
Insurance: Each vendor is required to provide proof of insurance. This certificate of insurance is due at the time of application and must list the Stanwood-Camano Community Fair as an additional insured. If you do not have your own insurance, you may purchase it from Thomas & Associates (360) 629-2103. We no longer offer the ability for vendors to purchase this insurance through the fair.
Booth Space is assigned on a first come first served basis. To apply to be a vendor, please download the appropriate application below. You will be able to type in your information. Then return it with your full payment to:
