SCCF Fair Vendor Information

and registration

We are using an online registration process for the 2024 Fair.  Below is the general information for vendors, please read and then click on the link to access our online registration portal.

The Stanwood-Camano Community Fair is a great place for businesses and organizations to get their word out. Vendors are able to interact face to face with thousands of potential customers, clients, or contributors. We are currently taking applications for our vendor spaces for this years fair. We offer several different categories of vendors:

Food Vendors:  Our food vendors are the only groups allowed to sell food on our grounds.  Food trucks (which includes trailers) in Washington State need to have a permit and inspection from the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries. The Label from L&I MUST be visible.  Food trucks also include trailers and other vehicles used in concessions where people work inside.  In general, if the vehicle is transportable over a road; sells food or other items; people work inside of it; customers stand only outside; has electrical, water or drain, and gas piping systems; is less than 8.5 feet wide, then yes — it could be considered a food truck.  In addition to a L&I inspection, Food Vendors are also subject to Health Department and Fire Marshall inspections.

Commercial Vendors:  The Stanwood-Camano Community Fair offers a number of Commercial Vendor booths for companies and organizations to sell product or disseminate information.  Centrally located on the fair grounds these booths are a great way to get your word out.  For our commercial vendor spaces we provide a 10'x10' tented area for each booth.  You can have up to 4 booths together in one tent.  The cost is $425 per 10'x10' space.

Self-Contained Vendors:  Our self contained space is again centrally located between the Viking Main Stage and the carnival.  This area once again provides vendors the ability to interact with thousands of people each day of the fair.  For these spaces, you must provide your own tent.  The cost is $325 for each 10'x10' space.

Arts & Crafts Vendors:  These spaces are designed to showcase the exceptional arts and crafts of our community.  Similar in set up to the Self-Contained Vendor space, they provide an opportunity for vendors to sell their wares and interact with thousands of potential customers.  The cost is $225 for each 10'x10' space.

Due to limited resources, we are only able to guarantee 10amps of power to each booth.

Insurance:  Each vendor is required to provide proof of insurance.  This certificate of insurance is due at the time of application and must list the Stanwood-Camano Community Fair as an additional insured.  If you do not have your own insurance, you may purchase it from Thomas & Associates (360) 629-2103.  We no longer offer the ability for vendors to purchase this insurance through the fair.

Booth Space is assigned on a first come first served basis.  To apply to be a vendor, please use the link below to access our new vendor registration portal.

As a reminder, the placing of additional tent structures, display items or products outside of your booth is not allowed! In fairness to other vendors your product must be contained within your booth. Please see the Policy Booklet for further details.

Vendor instructions, maps, tickets and parking passes will be in your vendor packets and available the week of set-up. If you have questions in the interim or require assistance please contact us at (360) 629-4121. Looking forward to another great year at the Best Li’l Fair in the West.
